Hi! I’ve spent most of my life working in the software industry as an engineer and manager. I love working with computers and using technology to solve problems big and small for businesses. 

 

After working for many years and worked for a few companies in different roles, I started wondering if I needed a new challenge.  So I decided to follow my passion to see where it led me. I went to culinary school in my “spare time.”

 

I learned that I really did love cooking and wanted to do something more than cook for myself and pursue being a personal chef.

I like to share my story to help others take those steps to make a change. It certainly can be scary, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way. But, I’ve learned a lot and a lot about myself as I continue to grow. You can do it, too! Follow your passions and enjoy life!
